Ok, not really a cabane or mountain hut! This hotel/restaurant at the western end of the village Intragna (about 10 mins. walk from the railway station) is well worth a visit just for its food!! From this village, which is nestled almost at the start of the Centovalli above Locarno in the Canton of Ticino/Tessin, there are plenty of good hikes into the surrounding hills.
Back to the food - strongly recommended are the Cheese risotto (Formaggino Caldo) and Ravioli (ravioli agli spinaci con burro e salvia fresca). If that does not sate your appetite follow up with Budio all'amaretto or crema di mascarpone con frutti di stagione.
